I’m sharing this article about 20 habits skinny people live by even though I have two beefs with it: 1) I don’t agree with weighing daily. Our weight varies so often that weighing daily isn’t a very good gauge of our progress. It can also cause a person to become obsessive if you’re not emotionally equipped to deal with it. 2) These are not habits “skinny” people live by, they’re habits that “healthy” people live by. You can still be skinny and completely malnourished! Other than these two issues, I find that the other 19 habits are spot on!

I always encourage clients to be careful about the health claims they read on the packages of the food they eat and this article about 15 products nailed for making bogus health claims will help me to further pound it into your head that just because a company SAYS it’s healthy doesn’t mean it is!
