Oh my gosh! The medieval historian in me is in LOVE with this place! It’s the Sextantio Albergo Diffuso at Le Grotte della Civita in Italy. All I need is a big hunk of cheese and loaf of bread with a huge goblet of wine and I’m set for life!

When it comes to the environment, I’m all about doing what you can. I’m not saying you need to be perfect but anything is better than nothing. That being said, making an effort can be worth it! I remember four years ago making a concerted effort to cut back on the amount of plastic bags I took home. In a one year span I only took home 13 bags (I kept a log)! I realized that it’s really not that difficult to bring a reusable bag with me and if I didn’t have one with me, I just wouldn’t get something until I had one! Try one of these 25 wasteful things you can probably get along without and see how it works for you! Trust me, the effort to change only takes a few weeks before it becomes a part of your life!
