Ya’ll know I love my at-home workouts. I find them to be the perfect no-excuses way to get a workout in. Even if you love the social aspect of the gym or can’t go a day without a run or getting some fresh air there are always days when, for one reason or another, you can’t do what you’d normally do. Maybe your gym shut down for renovations or maybe the weather is so severe that leaving your house is just NOT an option. You have no reason to let yourself off the exercise hook when you have an at-home gym to get the job done and you don’t have to break the bank to have one either!
