You will make a commitment that, for 30 days, you’ll do your very best to eat as cleanly as possible, check in DAILY to our private Facebook group and honour the requirements (see below).

What do I have to do to join?
Here are your requirements to join AND your commitment once you do:
- Answer all of the questions in the form below
- Post homework answers, eating rating and water intake (to be explained before we start the program) DAILY in our Facebook group
- Send me before and after photos/measurements at the 0, 15 and 30-day mark
- If I do not hear from you within 24hrs of the daily deadline I will remove you from the group. This isn’t because I’m mean but because you’re doing this program wanting results, the requirements will give you results but you have to do the work
