To book your FREE initial session, please answer the five questions below and email them to me (just cut and paste the questions into the comment form). When you have sent it to me, schedule your appointment using the calendar below and you’re all done! Easy peasy! But please make sure to send me your answers to the questions first because without them I will not be able to complete our phone call and your session will be cancelled (and we don’t want that, now do we?):
  • What are your weight loss/health goals? If you don’t have any, jot down a few ideas. If you really can’t think of any, don’t worry! We’ll talk about that in our call!
